Rich Gallagher began musky fishing in the early 1980's in Northern Ontario. From his first Canadian musky trip, he was "hooked" and has been chasing muskies ever since! Rich grew up fishing the local lakes & rivers in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is a writer for Illinois Fishing & Hunting News Magazine and has had articles published in The Outdoor Notebook and Muskies. Inc. magazine. He is a seminar speaker covering all aspects of Muskie fishing and is President of the Fox River Valley Chapter of Muskies, Inc. He also works with the Bartlett Kids Fishing Derby every August, where 300-500 2-16 year olds, participate in a 3 hour fishing tournament at Beaver Pond. He currently resides in Elgin with his wife and four children. |
